How it all began...

Lee Sykes (the business owner) has spent the last 20 years in online business, from creating an online subscription magazine with 60,000 members to manufacturing and selling #1 products on Amazon (one of the brands within 18 months grew to $1.7M turnover a year), Lee has a ton of experience with online marketing, branding and growing a worldwide business.

In 2020 when all the world started to change with lockdowns etc, business friends started approaching him for help to grow their businesses as they needed someone they could trust to give them straight answers without the BS that you see in most online marketing nowadays.

After helping these businesses (for free as they were in such a bad situation) Lee realised they all had a common problem with their marketing and how to get new customers. This was the beginning of the 4R Marketing System where every business needs a system for: Reputation, Resell, Reach and Re-target.

By 2022 the #1 products Lee was selling on Amazon worldwide had come to an end, lockdowns had completely changed the market and the products were no longer viable. Lee had 2 options, start again with a new product range on Amazon, or change into a new business.

In Lee's words:

“I’d spent the last 10 years selling on Amazon in really aggressive competitive markets, where competitors would constantly attack you. They would destroy your listings, leave fake 1-star reviews and copy everything you did. It was good training for developing business skills and making sure we always delivered higher quality products and customer service so the competitors could not keep up."

"I thought it was time for a change, in the last 2 years I’d spent over £200k in business training with a CEO coach in the USA and a motto we had was:

“Make money, have fun, make a big impact."

I made good money on Amazon, but now it's time to make a big impact.

I thought about business coaching as I enjoyed working with business owners and there is a buzz when you help them increase their sales, and even other Amazon sellers had approached me for coaching and paid £600 just for a one-hour phone call to give them advice, but I didn’t think this would give the “Big Impact.”

I wanted to bring my online business skills to SMEs where most of them do not have much online experience or presence, where if they used the 4R marketing system it would have a big impact on the growth of their business, and then I found it:

Most of the marketing for plumbers is by ad agencies with short term tactics, and even I have been burned by an ad agency before with zero results!
